Inserting Orders into Planned Routes on your iPhone
Route4Me’s iPhone app allows you to easily insert orders into the already planned routes. Orders can be used as one time transactions or visits as well as reused multiple times.
First, go to your Routes List and open the route into which you want to insert an order to make it the current route. Current routes are the routes that are currently open on your iPhone.
Then, go to the “More” menu.
In the “More” menu, tap on “Orders” to open your Orders List.
To insert an order into the current route, first, you need to add this order to “Favorites”.”To do so, open the order that you want to add to “Favorites.”
On the “Edit Order” screen, tap on the start icon to add the order to the “Favourites”. Once added, the corresponding notification appears.
The orders that are added to the “Favourites” have a star icon next to them in the Orders List and other screens.
Next, go to the “Favorites” section from the “More” menu.
On the “Favorites” screen, select the order which you want to insert into the current route.
In the top right corner of the “Edit Address” screen, tap on the map icon that resembles a stop being inserted into a route.
Tap “Confirm” when prompted.
Once the order has been inserted into the current route, the corresponding notification appears at the bottom of the screen.
Finally, tap “Done” in the top right corner of the screen to finish.
The inserted order is placed as the last stop on the route. To re-optimize the route and get the most efficient sequence of destinations, tap “Replan Route.”
