Delete Addresses – Remove Addresses from Address Book Map
Your Route4Me Address Book Map is a centralized database where you and your team members can securely store and manage the information about customers’ locations, delivery addresses, depots, commercial facilities, warehouses, as well as any other relevant prospects and real-world locations. Whenever you or your dispatchers, delivery drivers, field sales reps, field service technicians, and other team members delete addresses/customer profiles from the synchronized Address Book Map, they are permanently deleted from the corresponding Route4Me account and become unavailable on all associated devices and platforms (including Route4Me’s Android and iOS Route Planner apps).
To delete one or multiple addresses/customer profiles from the synchronized Address Book using the map, first, go to “Address Book Map” from the navigation menu.
To delete one address or customer profile at a time, first, right-click on the address that you want to delete and then select “Remove” from its menu.
You can also delete multiple addresses or customer profiles at a time. To do so, first, use one of the drawing tools in the top right corner of the screen to draw an area around the addresses that you want to delete.
After that, right-click on the area with the addresses that you want to delete and then select “Remove Area Addresses” from its menu.
Next, input “DELETE” into the corresponding field and then click on the “Proceed” button to confirm the action.
NOTE: Whenever you or your team members delete a particular address or customer profile from the synchronized Address Book Map or List, this address or customer profile is permanently deleted from the corresponding Route4Me account and becomes unavailable on all associated devices (including Route4Me’s Android and iOS Route Planner apps).
