We would be sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel your Route4Me subscription using your iPhone or iPad, you can do it in a few simple steps. Please note that the subscriptions purchased through iTunes and App Store are linked to your Apple ID and billed through iTunes and App Store respectively. Before canceling your Route4Me subscription plan, first, make sure that you are using the same Apple ID that you initially used for purchasing the corresponding subscription (using the Route4Me iOS mobile app).

 

Before canceling your monthly or annual subscription plan, read the terms of auto-renewable subscriptions. To learn about the terms of auto-renewable subscriptions, tap on the information icon in the top right corner of the “Upgrade My Account Now” screen. To view and manage your iTunes and App Store subscriptions, first, open the settings on your iOS device and then go to “iTunes & App Store” respectively.

On the “iTunes & App Store” screen, locate and open your Apple ID.

After that, go to “Subscriptions.”

On the “Subscriptions” screen, locate and open your Route4Me subscription. Then, you can view your subscription plan information, as well as cancel your current subscription plan by tapping “Cancel Subscription.”

NOTE: Uninstalling or deleting the Route4Me iOS app from your iPhone or iPad does not discontinue or cancel your mobile subscription plan. You need to cancel your subscription separately from uninstalling the app. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged for your current plan.
