Canceling Your Mobile Subscription

Uninstalling the Route4Me app from your iPad will not automatically discontinue your subscription. If you want the charges or billing to stop, you must cancel your subscription manually. iTunes handles your Route4Me subscription on your iPad.

To cancel your subscription, first, open Settings on your iPad.

Next, tap iTunes & App Store, and then tap your Apple ID at the top right corner.

Next, tap View Apple ID.

You might then need to authenticate your Apple ID, either by providing your account’s password or through fingerprint verification using Touch ID.

After authenticating, scroll down to see Subscriptions. Tap on it.

Tap Take It Easy UNLIMITED Routing to select your Route4Me subscription.

Next, tap Cancel Subscription.

Finally, tap Confirm to confirm the cancelation of your subscription.
