Adding a New Contact to your Route4Me Address Book from an Android Device
The main goal of the Route4Me Android Route Planner is to make your routing activities more flexible and enable you to effortlessly plan and optimize complex routes on the go. Route4Me’s Address Book is a centralized database of all contacts and addresses that are stored on your account. You can easily add new contacts to your Address Book and use them for generating orders, inserting into planned routes, etc. All contacts added to your Address Book from your Android device are instantly synchronized across all authorized devices that have the corresponding access to your account.
Adding a New Contact to Your Address Book
To add a new contact to the Address Book using your Android device, first, go to “Address Book” from the navigation menu.
Next, tap on the “Add New Contact” button at the bottom of the screen.
Then, input the full or partial name of the contact’s address or location into the corresponding field and select one of the suggested variants.
Once you input the address, it is displayed respectively on the map for your convenience. To finish, tap on the checkmark icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Then, fill out the contact’s information in the corresponding fields. Using the “Group” field, you can assign the corresponding contact to a particular group of contacts.
After filling out the contact’s information, tap on the checkmark icon in the top right corner of the screen to finish.
Once the contact is successfully added to your Address Book, the corresponding notification will pop up at the bottom of the screen.
To view the added contact, you can use the search bar to navigate through your Address Book respectively.
All contacts added to your Address Book from your Android device are instantly synchronized across all authorized devices that have access to your account.
